A dry winter with not a lot of rain, No rain to follow up in spring time. A great summer kicked off with good temps & good early summer rain. Ripening at the end of the seson became a challenge as it cooled right off turning it into a late April Harvest. Good yields but Very small bunches from the lack of winter rainfall.10% whole bunch indigenous yeast, No adjustments, 12 months in 4-10year old barriques. SO2 added post Malo & Prior to bottling.
We Have found some excess stock of this wine in the cellar, its drinking very well at the moment.
