Nose: Fresh lifted berry characters, with a hint of toast from the lees contact. Palate: Intense berry fruit flavour with a clean, crisp, dry, and savoury finish. Food: May be served as apéritif as well as being suited to alfresco dining, pasta, trout, seafood and Asian cuisine. Cellar: At its best in its youth, but will evolve favourably over 2-5 years.
