I love hospitality! Especially the company of enthusiastic and dedicated providers of the stuff.
Yesterday the team from No. 35 (Sofitel, Collins St) sat in the long room at Eastern Peake to enjoy “simple country fare” of Pork Terrine then Tuki Lamb with Local spuds. Finishing with panna cotta, stewed fruits in a Pinot sauce.
It was a pleasure to relax and share our wines with people who are hungry for knowledge and a desire to excel.
It is no surprise that No. 35 received a Hat in the Age Good Food guide 2011.
